LeadHost.biz will receive and consider any complaints regarding to the quality of services provided, the legality of the information posted on its own and leased servers LeadHost.biz, spam, hackers, viruses, malware, pornographic or extremist content.
LeadHost.biz will take a decision regarding the complaint within 10 calendar days from receipt of the complaint (the date of creation of an appropriate ticket).
All complaints are dealt with in accordance with the laws of Moldova and the states where the server is physically located with the information on which the complaint was accepted.
LeadHost.biz reserve the right to refuse to disable or remove the subscriber, provided that the consideration, it was found that the complaint lacked a valid reason and the client does not violate the laws of Moldova and countries where is physically located server with the information on which the complaint has been accepted.
LeadHost.biz reserve the right to disconnect the subscriber prohibit the further provision of services and to terminate the contract-offer unilaterally without refund of the advance payment on the customer's account in case of confirmation of the complaint.
All the disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of Moldova and the states where the server is physically located with the information on which the complaint was accepted.
